Fiano

Fiano is the great Campanian white of very ancient origin: it produces Fiano di Avellino DOCG, a wine of great longevity, aromatic complexity and minerality.

Aromatic profile: toasted hazelnut, pear, acacia flowers, honey, minerality from volcanic soils. Sustained acidity, structured body. Synonyms: Apianum (historic, Latin), Foiano.
