These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Wine at Wine website (the "Site"). By using the Site you accept these terms in full; if you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.
1. Purpose
Wine at Wine is an editorial platform devoted to the world of wine: it publishes articles, reviews and in-depth features, a directory of wineries and industry operators, and information about wine tourism experiences. The Site is informational and educational in nature.
2. Audience and Alcoholic Beverages
The Site deals with content relating to alcoholic beverages and is intended for an adult audience. By using the Site you declare that you are at least 18 years old. We promote informed and responsible wine consumption: alcohol abuse is harmful to health.
3. Registration and Account
Some features require registering an account. You undertake to provide truthful and up-to-date information and to safeguard your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
4. User Content
By publishing content on the Site (comments, articles, reviews, images) you declare that you own it or hold the necessary rights, and you grant Wine at Wine a non-exclusive, royalty-free and revocable licence to publish and distribute it on the Site. - publishing unlawful, defamatory, offensive or discriminatory content, or content infringing third-party rights;
- sending spam, unauthorised advertising or misleading content;
- attempting to compromise the security, integrity or operation of the Site;
- extracting data by automated means (scraping) without authorisation;
- impersonating others or using the Site for fraudulent purposes.
6. Wineries, Operators and Bookings
Winery listings and experiences are for information purposes. Any booking request puts the user in contact with the operator: the contractual relationship and the provision of the service (visits, tastings) are directly between user and operator. Wine at Wine is not a party to that relationship and is not liable for the availability, prices or quality of services offered by third parties.
7. Intellectual Property
The editorial content, trade mark, logo, graphics and software of the Site are protected by intellectual property law and belong to Wine at Wine or to their respective owners. Reproduction, even in part, is prohibited without written authorisation, save for ordinary consultation and sharing through the tools provided.
8. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may contain links to third-party sites. We neither control nor are responsible for the content, policies or practices of such sites, to which their own terms and notices apply.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and its content are provided "as is". While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that the information is always complete, up to date or error-free, nor that the Site will always be available and uninterrupted.
10. Limitation of Liability

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes with consumers, the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile has jurisdiction; in all other cases the court indicated by the applicable legislation applies.
