Family winery of Daniele Saccoletto, Ecocert-certified organic since 2004, farming 11 hectares in the Monferrato Casalese. It vinifies with native yeasts only and reduced sulphites, with no additives. The flagship wines (Cornalasca Grignolino, Minerva Barbera and Fiordaliso Freisa) express the most historic indigenous varieties of Monferrato in an artisanal, identity-driven style.
