"O' Prufessor", professor of Enology at the Università degli Studi Federico II di Napoli, received congratulations from the Minister for Agricultural Policy Maurizio Martina, who commented:
"It is a recognition of the commitment shown by our country, within the OIV, to international harmonisation and the development of oenological practices, to improve the conditions of production and commercialisation of wine and vine products in respect of the great Italian tradition."
The Campanian scholar is also president of the Degree Course in Viticulture and Enology and coordinator of the Section of Vine and Wine Science of the Department of Agriculture; author of 250 scientific publications, he also plays an active role in the family estate and, in addition to numerous collaborations, has also founded Quintodecimo, an estate that has offered experts and non-experts alike a new interpretation of the territory.
