Family-owned estate of Luigi Rubino with more than 270 hectares spread across four properties in the Brindisi side of the Salento. In the 1990s it saved the indigenous Susumaniello variety from being uprooted, dedicating a 20-hectare single-varietal vineyard to it at Jaddico, on the Adriatic coast. The flagship wines (Jaddico, Torre Testa, Visellio) have relaunched Susumaniello as a fine single-varietal wine, alongside Negroamaro, Primitivo and Fiano.
