Winery founded in 2004 by Giuseppe Pagano (the name refers to the original 1988 farming nucleus), with 42 hectares under vine out of 164 total across Paestum, Stio and Giungano in the Cilento National Park. It works under organic and biodynamic certification and is energy self-sufficient thanks to a photovoltaic plant. The Pian di Stio Fiano cru, at 500-600 metres of altitude among the forests, is today one of Campania's most distinctive Fiano wines.
